Face-analysis records follow configurable retention rules and can be deleted on request. We keep only minimal audit records required for security and compliance operations.

Retention model

- Retention period is configurable by server policy.
- Automated cleanup jobs remove aged analysis records.
- Only minimal legal and operational audit data is retained.

Deletion workflow

- Users can request deletion from account settings.
- Stored uploads and derived analysis records are deleted when requested.
- Audit events are written when deletion is requested and completed.
